Physiatry

Physiatry involves a more conservative approach in the diagnosis and treatment of the musculoskeletal system (the muscles and bones). It uses primarily "physical" treatments, such as physical therapy and topical medications. Physiatry treatments generally do not involve surgery.

OASD offers physiatry when appropriate for treating back pain and other muscular and bone disorders.
