OASD offices are open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., to assist you with questions concerning billing and insurance. To contact us, please call one of our offices listed in the Patient Information section.
OASD participates with most insurance providers. Most of them are shown below in the OASD Insurance Participants List. If yours is not listed, please call the business office to check the most recent participating insurance providers, as this list may change frequently.
If your health plan or insurer is not an OASD participant, payment is expected at the time our services are provided. If you have questions about coverage or billing, please call one of our offices listed in the Patient Information section.
